Everything they have on their menu is DELICIOUS! always - their soups, noodle dishes, bento box and more. More traditional than other restaurants in area; also really nice atmosphere and great place for special birthday dinner. The service is prompt. Always replenish your water and follow up to make sure everything is good; accommodating with special requests.

Had a large family gathering at Ginger on April 1,2023. They were outstanding in dealing with the large group which included young children. Very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Hats off to everyone who provided us with a very memorable evening!!!thanks again John

Ginger Asian Cuisines offers excellent Asian food in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hot and sour soup and fried wonton are both great starts to your meal.
The whole sea bass with ginger and scallions was an amazing main course and something that I would definitely recommend.
All in all, Ginger Asian Cuisines is an overall winner and I would definitely recommend here and I will give it an overall five stars.

This is by far the best Asian cuisine around! Very friendly owners and amazing food. We order at least once a week and we are never dissapointed.

Let me start off by saying I LOVE their fried wontons and am obsessed. Their homemade pear dipping sauce (i think) is outstanding and i always ask for extras. I love the wonton soup as well. I've had too many items to list- all great! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Love all the vegetarian options as well!

Great little Asian place tucked away in a quiet strip in Medford. Very nice ambiance with great selection of foods. Generous portions served at a fair price! Highly recommend
